Shipping Information:

Processing Time: Once we receive your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. This gives us time to ensure that your item is in stock, to pack it with care, and to arrange for its dispatch.

Shipping Time: After processing, your order will be shipped and should arrive within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. A subsequent notification email, containing tracking details, will be sent once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to track the journey of your purchase.

Return & Refund Policy:

Return Eligibility: We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of the order date.

Condition of Returned Items: Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items returned not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Initiating a Return: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you'd like to return. They will provide further instructions.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment, which can take several business days to reflect in your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product altogether, the same return procedures apply. Please initiate the return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
